Setup wasn't automatic. (connected to network printer, not USB) Although the print server recognized our Xerox ColorCube 8870DN, it did not initialize it automatically. Update the firmware to the latest version and there's still no auto-deployment. Factory reset is still not done automatically. Delete printers that have not yet been provisioned and rediscover them. After reading some reviews I was skeptical but bought the product and installed it on our home network. It found our Xerox printers right away and was ready to print from our iPhones with no issues. I think the only sticking point will be the price, but we are VERY happy!

Very disappointed. The printer did not wake up after going to sleep. I had to press the power button and wake it up myself. When it worked, it took over two minutes to print the first page. Sent back for a refund.

I live in Brazil and recently visited the US and bought a Lantronix xPrintServer from Revain. Before buying I checked Revain etc. on the Apple website to make all printers work. Buy xPrintServer Office only if your printer is on the supported printer list. It seems to work for one of the ones I've tried on this list, but given that updating drivers is possible from both the admin interface and the USB port, I figured that gave some flexibility and/or future updates for support printers. I bought this to enable Airprint with a newer copier model that didn't include it. This device found all my printers but didn't install any of them. I called support and found they have a list of compatible printers which they say is pretty limited. I was told that I should have checked the list before purchasing this product. You need to check the list and make sure your printer is on it or you'll come back like me.
