I ordered these in the light blue with the large holes, and I love them. They're very comfy! I swim laps weekly (normally), and these will be great for the pool and gym shower because the large holes drain easily, so I won't be standing in a pool of water. They're a rubbery, flexible material that feels like a massage on your feet. I was concerned that the other style appeared it might pinch my skin when walking so I ordered the "large holes" version; they don't pinch or hurt my feet at all. In fact, they're quite comfy.I wear an 8 in women's flats, but I have a size D wide foot. These accommodate my width, but if you're wider than that (ie an extra wide or size E) they'll probably be too narrow (conversely, if your foot is narrow they may be too wide). The length is great, and they stay on well when I walk.I am definitely happy I ordered these.
