Review on B+W 77mm Clear Multi-Resistant Coating (007M) Lens Filter by Junior Andreano

I was excited when I first got it but I opened it and was disappointed. While the packaging was certainly factory sealed, the filter itself was dirty and needed a thorough cleaning before all the dirt was removed. I would expect this from the $5 Sunpak filter you see at Walmart, but absolutely not from anything over $30 from a German optical company. For such a price one would expect a "perfect" product from a German optician. Once I managed to get it completely clean and in front of the camera, it worked as expected with no distortion, coloration and minimal reflections. However, based on the condition I have received, I cannot justify more than two starting points.
