When I plug in the device to charge, the light is red. When the green light comes on, I try to turn it on. It doesn't turn on, I turn it back on and the indicator goes red again. The first charge took almost 2 days. When it finally turned on, it was awesome. It's just uncomfortable in the neck. When I tried to turn it off, I had to press the button about 8 times before it turned off. No battery warning. It just won't turn on. This is my second charge and it has charged almost 16 hours and still won't turn on. It's great when it works, but getting it to work is a lot of work.
