Review on MODA Makeup Brush Travel Pouch by Debra Depts

Revainrating 5 out of 5

They cost a bit more, but are definitely worth the money.

I have used MODA brushes before and always enjoy trying their products. This 13 piece makeup brush set from MODA Royal & Langnickel. with a travel bag so nice. When you receive your brush set it will not be in any special packaging, the brushes will be in the carrying case provided. It is wrapped in plastic and contains an information card. When opening the carrying case, the brushes sit perfectly in place. Each is wrapped in two types of plastic: a harder plastic around the bristles to keep them neatly in place, and a thinner plastic wrapped around the handle. As you took the brushes out of the fiery thing, I noticed the weight. They're not insanely heavy, but they're a bit heavier than regular makeup brushes, nothing to tire your wrist with use, but it's noticeable. They have a nickel/metal feel, cold to the touch but not slippery, there are bumps and grooves to help hold, but this design is very elegant and beautiful. I've found that the Pro line and slightly more expensive than their other brush lines also have a noticeable change in quality. MODA brushes are generally pretty soft to me, but these brushes have a softer feel, almost like real animal fur. BUT YOU ARE NOT! MODA IS A VEGAN AND FREE COMPANY. This is perfect when you want the coat to feel fur-free. When putting on makeup. I had no problems, no streaks or bristles. It applied my makeup and eyeshadow perfectly. I've only used it with eyeshadow, liquid makeup, concealer and setting powder. I haven't used it with powder or cream foundation but I have no doubt it will work perfectly. Now his set is a bit pricey compared to their other brushes, but it's worth it. The kit contains everything you need for a complete face make-up. So technically, you can just buy this set and nothing more, especially if you're just starting out with makeup. They are very easy to clean and I haven't had the messy bristle issues that some of my Morphe brushes have. I mixed some olive oil with dish soap. Picks them up cleanly and squeezes out excess water. I laid them out to dry and the next day they were perfect, like new. I highly recommend these brushes. If you have $60 and are looking for a complete set, this is for you.
