It helps a lot - oral care
I woke up at 3am with very painful ulcers. Decided to try this product. Bought in July, now November. I mixed 1 teaspoon with 1/2 cup of water and gave it a try. It definitely helped a bit (I think I made a mistake because I didn't realize until later that it was supposed to be warm water), but it still made a big difference in how I felt.
