We used to use an older version for many years but it was not very user friendly or intuitive compared with other products out there at this time (and I'm sure they are catching up). The system had some features we liked such as allowing employees take annual vacation days without having them go into our payroll department each year which saved us quite alot! It also allowed managers/supervisors more control over how their team took offs vs going through HR directly so less confusion when you have multiple teams within your organization taking vacations together etc..
