Where are the rest of the parts? I should have listened to the first guy in this review. I need the rest of the mounting parts! Update: I just ordered a kit from another supplier. The missing kit from the Superlift. A mechanic at my local dealer contacted Star and opened a case saying he needed instructions and torque specs to install this kit. Still waiting for an answer.
