strange to complain about something that is warned about on the packaging but I think I should explain. It says on the packet that the oil can stain the lighter balls, so I was careful to only test it on the darker balls first. It does not matter. It colored her. I assumed maybe that's how it was when it was wet, but after letting it sit for 24 hours I realized no, it just looks like this now - sort of hanging felt balls with translucent traces of oil drops on them? This might not be the case if you could buy all black ones (they were sold out when I bought them) but why supply an oil that will literally color every available ball in the set? I went ahead and oiled all the balls because it doesn't matter. I didn't get a good picture of the coloring and if that bothers you you can probably avoid it by tugging on the elastic and applying the scent between the beads. i have the scent not good? I don't think I'll be using it again, but luckily perfume oils are pretty cheap so I'll probably just buy something else to replace them. To be honest I don't hate this product, I just wish they were clearer on their packaging regarding the harm you can do to the product if you use the product like they tell you.
