I am between 38 c and d. I have a tear in the top of my strappy bras and swimsuits. So I thought they were lifting and filling in the small gap at the top of the 38d bra, but that's not the case at all. My 38c bra falls apart on the sides so I have to use slightly larger bras. I didn't notice any noticeable difference from what they were in. I still have a gap at the top of my bra and it didn't work. If you have small boobs I can see this working for you. But if you're a cup size above C and have mommy boobs like mine, you'll need a lot more to lift and fill in your bra. You need twice as many of them. I don't recommend them unless you are under a C cup. Too bad I'll keep looking I guess. Too bad they don't make them thicker, the material is nice to the touch.
