Ideal for improving ergonomics. Pros: - Easy to install. - It rotates easily, very smooth and not too tight. - You can also adjust the height of the armrest, limited but very nice to have that touch height adjustment. - easy to get out of the way. Cons: - listed up to 20lbs, but I would keep a close eye on anything over 10lbs of pressure. This is NOT something you would look at! I would NOT put too much pressure on the top of the armrest. The hand platform isn't uncomfortable, but to add more softness I just draped a clean cloth over it just because it has room for it. In general I like it. Supports my hand when standing and typing or using a mouse. I would try it as long as it works for me.
