Works well for me: Palm rest

I use this at work with my desk. As long as my elbow is roughly in the middle of the pivot point, it swings fine from mouse to keyboard. Matching the movement of the armrest to the natural movement of your elbow is probably the most important part of this job. It sometimes kicks in when the articulation doesn't match the actual movement of my hand, but overall it has greatly reduced my fatigue. My jacket size is 44 if that can help you determine if this product is for you.

  • Makes me nervous

Mediocre quality compared to competitors in the same price range.

Now that I have a few of these table mount armrests I can say that at around $40 this option isn't that impressive in build quality. Is it also the rudest move of them all with a useless pad? (That's actually worse than having no padding at all, since it's not a hard surface, so the edges dig into your hand.) The armrest is wide enough for a wide range of arm sizes, but you'll need to add something since they alone is very uncomfortable. I put a 1/2 inch foam and cotton pad on it and it's good…

They work and are easy to install/use.

Fairly simple design with easy attachment to the table top. They are fairly adjustable and the adjustment mechanism is simple. I don't need anything outside of the possible range. Early symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome are alleviated. So mission accomplished with an affordable and easy-to-use device. Looks strong enough to last a long time. I'm giving it 4 stars as it might be helpful for them to make a right and left version. Because they can curve to either side, they sometimes curve wrong…

Adjustable/flexible swivel armrest

Ideal for improving ergonomics. Pros: - Easy to install. - It rotates easily, very smooth and not too tight. - You can also adjust the height of the armrest, limited but very nice to have that touch height adjustment. - easy to get out of the way. Cons: - listed up to 20lbs, but I would keep a close eye on anything over 10lbs of pressure. This is NOT something you would look at! I would NOT put too much pressure on the top of the armrest. The hand platform isn't uncomfortable, but to add more…

Corrupt theme. in Office & School Supplies

I bought these in July 2020 and they have held up great for several months. The armrest is held in place with a nut that screws into the underside of the arm. Since the armrest naturally rotates a lot during use, it will inevitably fall out after a sufficient period of time. You can remove the armrest from the table to reattach the nut, but that's annoying. If you don't reattach the nut each time, but just use gravity to hold the armrest in place, the bolt will eventually bend due to the…

Worth buying - improvements needed

I love that it lifts my hand off the hard surface of the table and moves with me when I use the mouse. The armrest is fairly limited in size, meaning it probably won't suit those with larger hands. The only thing stopping me from giving this product a 5 star rating is; The armrest would be better with built-in padding or a beaded lining to provide a more comfortable rest when using the device for a long period of time. Another small point is that the color of the cover of the device does not…

Brilliant. Just fantastic.

I had a torn biceps tendon and the surgeon explained it to RSI because I was using a mouse while my arm was hanging off the table or stretched out too far in front of me. I have tried several static supports and they are ok but too tight. I built one myself out of plywood, but my desk at home is a bureau so that would mean holes in the front. I don't know why people complain about the lack of padding - nobody complains that the table is made of wood! I find it very convenient. I'm 5ft 11" and…

Relieves my wrist!

Although it takes a little getting used to, this armrest is great! I noticed relief in my wrist almost immediately the first time I used it consistently. With this thing, you can easily switch from using the mouse to typing on the keyboard. I place my hand on the armrest just below the elbow and it rests perfectly over my desk, relieving the burning and nerve pain in my wrist. When I wanted to work on my computer for about 20 minutes WITHOUT this armrest, within 10 minutes my wrist started…
