I bought these in July 2020 and they have held up great for several months. The armrest is held in place with a nut that screws into the underside of the arm. Since the armrest naturally rotates a lot during use, it will inevitably fall out after a sufficient period of time. You can remove the armrest from the table to reattach the nut, but that's annoying. If you don't reattach the nut each time, but just use gravity to hold the armrest in place, the bolt will eventually bend due to the weight. You lie on your side and now my armrest is wobbling a lot. Also, there is no padding on the armrest, just a thin layer of fabric, so I usually cover the table with a blanket to avoid elbow fatigue. I strongly recommend purchasing another item.
