Ikoula was very quick at responding when we requested help getting our website up & running again after an outage from another provider which left us unable to access it via either FTP or SSH connections! Our account manager went above and beyond helping me get my site back online quickly by providing guidance through all steps required - including making sure everything worked correctly once restored so there were no further issues afterwards.

They also have fantastic tutorials/documentation readily accessible if you need any assistance along your way but they're not pushy about taking over control like some providers can be sometimes; rather just give clear instructions until satisfied then hand off ownership where needed while still offering friendly advice throughout the process should questions arise during setup etc. It's rare these days to find such great communication skills combined within one team who really do care enough to ensure things go smoothly without forcing anything down anyone else's throat too much. We've been able solve most problems ourselves using guides provided though this.
