First of all, I would like to say that I run a business that manufactures private motorhomes and caravans. At first glance, what do not like. A well-known brand, about 40% smaller than V-name competitors, looks cool too. However, this is cheap junk renamed Renogy. Even worse is Renogy's customer service. I had a device failure in the first 60 days and it was only used for a health check. Remember this is for a client build. Renogy's solution was to wait 21 days to even answer my issue after literally hours of waiting. Revane had to intervene to get a proposed solution. At this point, Renogy insisted that I send them the unit to "test" and they would repair or replace it at their discretion. Even Revain wanted to charge me $180 to ship the device back. So now I'm sitting on an $800 paperweight that the customer doesn't trust and doesn't want to carry in their van. I will NEVER EVER buy another Renogy product and recommend everyone to think twice before doing so.
