Brand new looks like it has almost been refurbished or the finishing on the back looks very sloppy from the person/machine that made it. I hope there will be no problems with them, I will update after installation. I got this because I had a reduced engine power warning, a cel and a TC warning. Update: 26.12. I have driven over 120 miles since installing it and day and night my car's acceleration has improved significantly. Check engine light went off by itself, no more low engine power warnings or TC warnings. So I'd say if you're having these issues and don't want to pay the dealer $300/400, give it a try. Very glad I did it myself. Update 1/22/20 Still no issues, no cell lights or anything else going crazy, still drives great like the day I installed it. Highly recommended if you have the above problems, just buy and install it to save money and a lot of trouble.
