Loose Power Cord in Computer Components

I am very dissatisfied with this product, the cable connected to the device itself is loose and the computer turns off when lightly touched. I would not recommend this product. Edit: I'm changing my rating to 4 stars because I noticed that the included power cord appears to be defective and replacing it solved my problem. So be careful with the power cord if you have the same problem!
