Review on 🔥 Enhance Engine Performance with Pertronix 4CYL PRESTO IGN: Ignite the Power within! by Terry Wilson

Although Pertronix assured me that this kit would fit my Prestolite IBT-4701A Manifold and even though I bought the recommended cap and rotor, it just didn't fit. The problem was that the collar lifted the rotor and lid 3/16 inch and didn't allow the lid to stand up and snap into place. I had a long discussion with their tech support but they couldn't solve the problem. I ended up removing the distributor. shaft and turned the shaft on the lathe until the ring fitted properly and could be installed. Then everything worked perfectly and the engine runs great. No idea why the kit didn't match the original configuration!
