Opened for use today. noticed a small spot on the OUTSIDE of a lens. Read directions - didn't say fingers or anything about a soft cloth. said to prevent damage to the INSIDE of the lens. took a rag with water and tried to get out. as in other reviews, the coating has smeared, shifted and smeared, and now the surface is rough and scratched. Eventually the straps came loose. loved the. I'm delighted with this as I love the fit of the swim mask - so comfortable. but in reality - such a thin lens coating - on a swimming mask - really?! The Beyond idiocy.aquasphere website shows that I can contact support via email so I'll try my luck there, but I'm not sure I even want this mist/smoke style as the cover is too is sensitive. Fog fluids, and then do not list! also says avoid direct sunlight 😳😳🤣 my pool is outside ☀️ 🙄🙄
