ordered 12-18 for my 11 month old who weighs about 28 pounds. Those pants were so tight she couldn't even crawl! In fact, she didn't even go around her diaper, very short in that area. I wish more baby clothing companies were better at tailoring their clothes for bulky babies. had to order the next size 18-24 for my baby who is not even 1 year old π
