I've just received a used camper and after waiting hours for the battery to charge on my last camping trip, looked a bit into the inverter that came with it. I was pleasantly surprised when I found them and saw how cheap they are. So it used to charge at about 13.4 volts and 12 amps, and after a few hours the current dropped to about 6 amps. With this guy it starts out at 14.2 volts and 14 amps which drops to around 10 after a while. Overall, it charges at least twice as fast and then goes into a good maintenance mode. So when you're plugged in at home, you can just leave it on and keep your battery going. I checked the battery and after a full charge it was still nice and cool.
