I'm glad my vet suggested a rescue suit. Stick the sanitary napkin in the right place for the wound in the suit - problem solved! Nearly. The medium size fits UM my little "compact" 8 lb kitten. And I ordered by the standards, but the length from the neck to the tail seemed a little short to me! And the neckline is way too big. That means it slides down until it slides off her shoulders, she gets her front legs out and out of everything. I thought the video showed him with a drawstring around his neck. So I cut a small hole in the back of the neckline and thread the cord through it to get a tight fit. Now it stays on. She waddles and doesn't want to move much or jump out of bed, so I find her too small. The leg holes are soft and comfortable to the touch. It's well made apart from the issues mentioned, although it might work well for a cat of different builds. If there was a half inch of fabric left from the shoulders to the neck and the ribs around the neck were a little less I would give it five stars. I'll try to order a big one to get enough length but I'm pretty sure I'll have to use the cord in the elastic at the neck.
