Best spend money on nursing pads

I've been trying to interest my child in these pads for 2 weeks but to no avail. They're not that cute in real life. I can't open it with one hand so it's awkward to use when my baby is latched to the breast. If I leave it, it's impractical. I am not thrilled with this product and consider it an overpriced gimmick.
