I ordered this repair kit because a lot of the comments said it would fit Delta 'crystal' ball shaped basin faucets. While the springs and rubber grommets fit, the silver replacement ball and plastic pieces on the end did not have the correct end to fit into the plastic piece that fits on the Crystal "Ball" faucet handle. I ended up cleaning and reusing the old one but bought this kit to do a full upgrade. This can work for other Delta faucet designs and again the worn seals and springs came out and stopped the leak. However, note that if you have a regular sink block with a crystal ball, this will not replace the ball block.
