Only one of the 4 was balanced enough when running that I was able to comfortably put it on my 3D printer. The other 3 must have had unbalanced blades or off center components as they vibrated too much making them even louder. I don't feel comfortable installing one of these on my printer for fear of reduced print quality and printer wear from vibration. However, I temporarily installed a _least unbalanced_ fan with good airflow 4 cm from the nozzle. When PLA is printed at about 60mm/s, it performs a pretty good overhang with _a fan_. If it were more optimally placed and/or I had more than one balanced fan, I might be able to handle overhangs of over 60 degrees even better. I can't say I would recommend it to my particular group of fans. But depending on how lucky you are or are willing to return/exchange, it may be worth it. Dual bearing 24v fans of this size are quite hard to find with a delivery time of less than 1 week.
