I received this cable in January and loved it from the start. It had the look and feel of a well made product. Fast forward to mid-April and the audio in the headphones I've been using this with starts to come and go. After testing the cable on various headphones and phones/iPads, it turned out that the cable was defective. I was going to drop it and buy a different cable from a different manufacturer, but I thought about it and decided that 3 months of use wasn't enough. So I emailed the seller/manufacturer to ask if they would replace the defective cable. Literally the next day they replied that the warranty for this product is one year and that a replacement cable will be sent within 3-5 business days. The new cable came within 3 days. I hope this continues at least until the end of the year. Still, great customer service! Update December 1st 2017 Well it looks like my good experience with their support team will not be repeated. The cable is dead again (!) Probably a manufacturing defect. However, this time the customer service did not respond to my requests for a replacement, even though they still have 18 months of warranty. Update December 7, 2017: Another update. It turns out that the cable is fine, the problem was in the headphones. I'm increasing the stars to 4. Good product and value for money.
