They're bright. They blink and flash and everything. It is great. But if you plant them in pumpkins on the street and in the nearest pond. The only way to turn them off in the middle of the night is to walk about a foot away from each of them and turn them off. Uncomfortable. Who swam in the pond! I had to put it in a bag with a big stone. When I tried to turn it off, it just kept flashing. I had to take it out, bring it in, take out the batteries, let everything dry and then it worked again. Maybe it was a stupid idea, but I really hoped that the most I could do was to open my door and point to it.
