The team is very good at listening to their customers, understanding our needs then delivering solutions that help us achieve those goals in ways we never thought possible before using this platform! They are also great about keeping you up-to date with any changes they make or features added by other clients so it's easy if there was something I didn't like because of an update from them - but usually my experience has been positive overall. We have used alpha cube since 2014 as well as implemented several new platforms over time; including one which allows users across multiple locations within the same organization all access information through 1 dashboard (which previously required separate logins).
