I'm 5'4", weigh 145 lbs with an apple shape, 38C, and typically wear a 14 or large. I ordered this jacket in a large and it fits and I can zip it, but if it was a bit bigger around the waist I wouldn't complain. The sleeves were super long compared to the body, so if I had sized up to XL, the sleeves would've been ridiculous. I've machine washed and dried it and it came out of the dryer great, no shrinkage and a little softer feeling than when I first got it. I think it's a great price too!
