Low price PETG filament that surpassed my expectations.
I saw the YOYI PETG filament and though I would give it a try. My initial impression when I received the filament was that the packaging and spool were a little cheaper and more flimsy than the other makes of PETG filament. The spooling also seemed a little more sloppy. After printing with the material I was very happy with the results as the strength and look of the prints were very similar to the other PETG filaments I have tried in the past. So far I haven't had any issues with printing. I also purchased the transparent PETG from YOYI and had very good results. Great low price filament that I would definitely buy again.
- The filament can be painted and coated without compromising its structural integrity
- The filament may produce a lot of excess waste during printing, leading to environmental concerns
