They work great with our Cisco VoIP phones 7960
We have at least 60 of these phones in our office. For people who talk on the phone all day, this is ideal. They work great with our Cisco 7960 VoIP phones. They are binaural, so both ears are closed and both ears receive sound. I prefer this to sound through one ear. If you're a secretary or want to make side calls without removing your headset, go for the one-ear mono version. We've never had a broken one and our folks aren't the gentlest of people so they seem to last over three years of use.
