I have previously reviewed this cooling pad. However, the positive aspects of this pad are also negated as it no longer works. The problem seems to be that the USB power connectors face straight to the rear. The USB-A cable is sticking out straight. Constant pressure on the USB cable breaks the socket and the fans no longer turn on. I found another cooling pad with USB ports on the side. I hope this will result in the pad lasting much longer as the cables will not permanently bend the USB power connectors. I also ordered the USB cables with a 90 degree twist so the cables don't stick out straight. Regardless of the decision, this cooling pad lasted less than any other cooling pad I had. I recommend everyone not to buy this cooling pad. Original rating before device failure. The device comes with 6 fans, there is a cable to connect them. The device must function exceptionally well. However, the fans don't match the vents on my Dell computer, so I have to reset the cooling unit to suck air out of the laptop and cool it down. It worked so well for a week. Unfortunately, there is a movable platform on the underside of the cooling unit. It broke in half within a week and now after a few weeks both pieces have fallen out of the refrigerator. It is not clear if this is a product defect or if it is my fault. There is currently a wire stand that sits at the bottom of the product and doesn't snag on the plastic piece that was there before.
