This is the best WAVLINK docking station I've ever owned

I love doing tech reviews of all kinds of tech devices but now that people like me are working from home I wanted to Try this WAVLINK USB 3.0 Universal Laptop Docking Station with two 4K@60Hz displays and one 5K@60Hz display. Make sure it matches the description. If you like tech gadget reviews check out my YouTube channel OndaWire where I do all sorts of tech reviews and talk about the pros and cons of everything I test. Let's talk about this universal WAVLINK USB 3.0 laptop docking station with dual 4K@60Hz displays and one 5K@60Hz display that I've been testing for months. Pros: 1. It has all the ports you could want: 2 USB-C ports, 1 USB-A 3.0 port and a headphone jack on the front, making it very easy to charge my phone and use my headphones , while I edit my video. 2. I like the 5K@60Hz display. The picture quality when using 5K is amazing, BUT PLEASE NOTE** For the best picture quality, I highly recommend purchasing a gold-tipped 8K HDMI cable or an 8K DisplayPort cable or higher. Remember that the cables you use are just as important as the quality of the adapter or docking station. Don't buy a $150 dock and then use a cheap $5 cable. You're fooling yourself if you do this, so make sure you have a good quality HDMI or DP cable. 3. I use a Dell laptop for work and a MacBook for my PC and they both work interchangeably. **NOTE** If you are using it with a MacBook you will need to download the Display Link drivers for it to work, which was very easy. I also had to download the Display Link drivers to my work laptop, but that too was very easy. Once you've done that, this docking station runs like clockwork and hassle-free.4. When I used my internet speed over an ethernet cable, I kept getting my 1GB. I also use Cat8 cable which is great and delivers the speeds I'm getting. It's rated at 85W (PD) and it delivers. I've had ZERO issues with it and not a single battery drain while working or editing videos, and believe me, video editing takes up a lot of your computer's power. I like this stand up style. It puts all the ports right in front of you and for me the vertical style also makes it a lot easier to get to the ports on the back. Cons: 1. Not really a con, but I wish it had a micro SD card slot for my micro SD card from my camera. That would make it the KING OF ALL DOCKSTATIONS I HAVE TRIED for me. lol Again, not a big deal at all, but since I use a micro SD card in my camera for recording, it would be nice to have that slot so I could just plug it in. I have a micro SD card adapter so I can put a micro SD card in and then plug the adapter into the front USB-C port. :) Overall, I really like this dock and I highly recommend it! It definitely gets 5***** stars from me. It looks super professional and is powerful. This is a docking station that will last and, as I mentioned, has all the ports you could possibly need.
