that I didn't buy for myself but for my husband. He received it via FedEx delivery on his birthday. It's a very heavy vise, but my husband loved it. He said he could do a lot more things than what he saw at Home Depot. It can be quickly mounted on a workbench and is immediately ready for use. Being made in the USA made my choice easier. He would have bought it for himself, probably not because of the cost, but he gladly accepted it from me. You can't go wrong with these vices. Remember this is a big vise and they are heavy.
