Update on previous review: The original review (1 star) said the company was contacted about their warranty but I was able to it didn't get reply. Apparently the company's replies were auto-filtered as spam, so I didn't see that. FYY Tech ended up using a completely different email domain to send a reply that passed the filters and they are now resolving the issue (review updated to 3 stars to reflect FYY Tech's attempt to fix the issue solve). Although the problem is currently there, the original problem with the case still persists: the case (all the glue holding the plastic case to the skin) has fallen apart. The picture shows it's holding up a bit, but after about a day it officially broke. I'm glad FYY Tech was finally able to get in touch with me and fixed the issue by replacing the case.
