These pouches are very strong and flexible and meet the ForceFlex standard. garbage can or rubbish bin. Several people have said they smell too strong and I have no idea what these people are talking about. They have little to no particular smell and rely on baking soda (and possibly other substances) to soak up other smells rather than harsh smells just to mask them. They work great in the kitchen and I love using them in the bathroom and they're great for my shorter bins with a little creativity.
