I was looking for a plug that would fit the holes in the electrical box and this plug fitted perfectly. This allows me to first thread the wire through the hole, then I can wrap the wire with it, and then pop this sleeve into the hole in the box. The same type of input is used in TVs and other devices that I buy from reputable manufacturers.
