These wraps have helped my carpel tunnel a lot but I have to mention the smell. I couldn't use it for the first few days because of the smell. I washed them in the washing machine, then soaked them in baking soda, then soaked them in lemon soap. They still smelled so bad of gasoline and chemicals. I'm not normally sensitive to smells, but the smell was still overwhelming! I wrapped them in fabric softener and left them in a ziplock bag overnight. The last attempt was to spray when my husband's cologne was also in the bag. The combination of each of them made the smell bearable. Without the smell I would have given 5 stars.
