I was blown away when I read the cleaning instructions. Either I didn't read them before buying or I didn't see them. Note the following: HAND WASH, HAND DRY. For best results, use non-abrasive cleaners and do not use abrasive cleaners. Wash off with a soft cloth or sponge and do not use steel wool or (also) nylon dish sponges (which can be used on many glass baking pans). I only used it once due to the cleaning instructions. I have no time for that. BUT I have chosen to store, use and clean them like other (high quality) stainless steel cookware. I don't think they will last very long if the manufacturer thinks they need that kind of care. I bought them because they fold up to save space. I wanted to throw away my still good but space consuming old crockery. Needless to say I kept them.
