Review on Zoeller 30 0181 Plastic Check Valve by Jeremy Carpenter

I have bought many check valves and this one has not broken yet. Usually the ones you buy from local stores don't last more than 6 months. I have a very, very, very, very high water table. A new basement was dug for my new building 6 months ago and the client was shocked. dug up a basement and then left it for 12 hours and had a full pond the next morning. So this check valve is the best thing in my whole book. my drain pump in the new addition has been running every 20 seconds for months. For the existing part of the house we have 2 sump pumps that start up every 3-5 minutes especially when the floor is wet or it's raining. Tread every 10 minutes when the road is so-called dry. and YES, I installed it under the holes in the sump pumps to keep water from filling the lines and making them work twice as hard. This check valve lasted the longest. I bought a Zoeller check valve from Amazon and a Zoeller check valve from Walmart on the same day and just waited to see which one would arrive the fastest. I had 1 drain pump shut off because the check valve at the local shop broke again and water was flowing everywhere so the other pump in the existing part was running twice as hard. I didn't want both to fail until the NEW check valves were in place or I would end up with a pond in my basement. Then I swapped them out and am now a happy camper.
