I got this for my kitten after her spay surgery. It definitely gets the job done, but I would buy a size up. I got my 5 lb kitten the small, and it was really snug on her and pushed on her incision area. I wound up ordering a medium which fit her better. **Picture is the small, it fits, but it is tight and I felt she was uncomfortable in it.**
