Works at highway speed. The problem is solved, there is a turnbuckle under the cover.

Alright, the reception of my motorcycle radio with hidden antenna has improved a bit. what do i hate If I go anywhere around 70 km/h it adds up. it won't stay at the angle I set. I can try taking it apart to see if I can tighten something. An update, the top cover is removable and there is a turnbuckle that you can tighten. Problem solved. That's not in the instructions.
