I bought this for use because my BC in all its wisdom decided that no one should bring their phone. On the plus side, battery life was pretty solid, screen quality was good, and it cost $60. On the bad side, switching between apps is very slow, when watching movies the sound just disappears out of nowhere, trying to play simple games takes 5 minutes to get to the main screen and no more than 6 weeks after that. he just died I bought it because a) it's not an apple and 2) it had the Google Play Store on it. If I had to buy another tablet I still wouldn't buy an iPad, although I now see the appeal of a tablet that works, but I've spent over $60. All in all, I knew what I was relying on, how cheap it was, and since I'd picked it up in one of the biggest sandpits I wasn't too worried about it being damaged. But I would recommend that you look around for another option.
