There should only be one factory in China making cheap mics as they seem to be made the same regardless of brand. The Mackie condenser microphone is built on the same frame/body as the Neewer. It uses the same (dime sized) condenser capsule and sounds very similar to the Neewer NW-700. Inside, Neewer holds the capsule in a hard plastic frame that transmits a lot of noise and rumble when working, while Mackie uses a rubberized mount to keep that from happening. That's the only difference I could find. I took the Neewer apart and attached the capsule holder to the mic body with a piece of silicone and now they both sound the same. Both are quite good for spoken language and some instruments (guitar). Not as muddy at low frequencies as some of the cheaper mics. I am very happy with it. The next step up is the $250 Shure MV7 (which doesn't require phantom power) with XLR and USB connectors. More expensive but much better. But for the money, the Mackie is good enough to pick up most spoken words and is very durable (all metal).
