Works perfectly. I noticed that the cables only .

Works great. I did notice that the cords are a bit shorter than the original power cords, but luckily that's not enough to make a significant difference. The cables couldn't be wrapped around the motherboard so they're a bit sloppy inside, but that's not a problem. However, if the cables were an inch shorter, they wouldn't be enough. I installed this power supply in a Dell Optiplex 990. I would purchase it again. The power supply is built in and runs very smooth and quiet as I type this.
