Infometrics is very helpful in finding and tracking information related with telephony services

I like that it gives you all your data so easily to use for any purpose as well how easy they are at answering questions regarding my business when i call them out of office hours or during working days because their customer service team really know what there doing! Nothing yet but seems everything works fine which makes me happy about this product now :). It would be great if we can have more features added such as being able to see who has been calling us from our clients companies before sending an email out saying "we received calls". Also maybe having some way where one could get reports showing exactly what each person did while using infomartialent's products? This will help track down issues quicker than trying figure things ourselves by looking through old logs/reports etc.

  • The support team, the whole staff and the way you can customize this product to what you want it to do

  • As of yet I have yet to find something i dislike about this product as I am still quite new to it all
