This thing is cat pajamas! I needed a closet lamp and this little pup made a terrific impression on me. I really like that it includes hooks that you can use or not use. Quick installation and installation with included screws or tape. I just got it but 30-40 days of battery life is plausible as my closet is closed to anything but 3-5 minutes a day. The perfect amount of brightness and a solid little product. The first photo (black) is not a mistake, it's my closet with no light :) and then there's a shot with my jeans on fire (the rest of the closet is too messy). I get up a little earlier than my wife and I usually use my phone to light up my closet when looking for my best clothing choices for the day. One of the main features of the product is that it not only detects movement but also has a photocell for light detection. I put the light in and opened the door fully. I opened the door just enough to see in without letting in too much light. Then I ran my hand across the closet - BOOM - the little suction cup lit up and now my clothes were perfectly lit. Ideal for when you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night or get something from the kitchen late at night without turning on the light. In fact I would like 3 more, one for the bathroom, one for the kitchen (I live in an old house and the light switch is on the back door, not at the far end of the kitchen where most sober people would enter the room) and more on my back porch. We have had 2 uninvited guests on our glass enclosed patio in the last 2 months. I would love to hang one of these lights in the patio just to add an extra layer of protection before they try to open the door.
