Broken zipper drama
Bought for my girlfriend to use for work she is a full time EMT and works 24 hour shifts I guess while on shift while using the cooler the Zipper broke off on first use and she had to use that broken cooler the whole shift and most of her food did not stay cold and she had to throw it out along with the cooler
