Maybe someone will be useful. The Gigabyte z390 gaming x board, on which the 8700 was previously installed, seems to support the 9-series out of the box. However, the 9700k would not start in any way. It turned out that the F6 bios firmware that I had did not support the R0 stepping that my processor has. It's good that there are several computers in the house, I downloaded the F8 firmware to the flash drive, installed it via Q-Flesh, and everything started up.
