Quality part but not cheap. I also have a polished chrome Kohler release lever (1025329-CP) that seems to work as well, but I needed brass. I also have a Kohler toilet that uses a chrome lever, so this is a $10.12 replacement part. I don't know why the brass is $52.19, but most importantly, it goes with my Kohler Rialto one-piece toilet. That's why I'm giving it four stars, deducting one star for being too expensive. After removing the old one, I noticed that it had a calcified build up on it that may have ruined the job. So he's just sitting in a mild vinegar solution to see if that frees him. If that happens I'll keep it as another copper spare as these puppies are expensive. If you can, I would suggest soaking the release lever in a mild vinegar solution to see if it gets it working again before buying a new part. When installing the new part, I had to flex the inner lever a bit to release the flush mechanism, but it was easy. There are no instructions for this, so make sure the little swivel nut next to the brass part is turning properly so that when you push down on the handle, the lever in the reservoir rises. If you do it wrong it won't work. But it's easy to set up once you do. I'm not a talented plumber, but I made this job easy. I hope this information is helpful to you. Much luck.
